Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident ordering with us. This policy explains our 7-day technical guarantee, how approved refunds are processed, and when refunds do not apply.

1. 7-day technical guarantee

All LynxLayers services are covered by a 7-day conditional guarantee. You are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase only if you encounter a serious technical problem that our support team is unable to resolve. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, user error, or issues outside of LynxLayers' direct control.

2. Processing time

Once a refund is approved by our billing team, the funds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 20 days for the funds to arrive, depending on your payment processor. Where a refund to the original method is not possible (for example, certain cryptocurrency payments), we issue the equivalent amount as account credit.

3. After the 7-day window

Once the initial 7-day period has elapsed, no refunds apply under standard circumstances. Any exceptional request beyond this period is evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of LynxLayers management.

4. Forfeiture of refund rights

Any client found violating our Terms of Service (such as cryptocurrency mining or the unauthorised sharing of support communications) forfeits all right to a refund. Opening a payment dispute directly instead of using our support ticket system will result in immediate termination without a refund.
