Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use & prohibited activities

• No cryptocurrency mining. Mining of cryptocurrencies or any form of digital-currency mining is strictly prohibited across all LynxLayers VPS, servers and services.
• Account responsibility. Services are managed directly between you and LynxLayers. No third party may act on your service unless you have explicitly authorised them, under your full responsibility.
• No defamation. Public defamation or malicious claims against LynxLayers without clear and substantial proof will result in service penalties.

2. Service provisioning & modifications

• Operating systems. System and hardware environments are single-use. The operating system you request on the day of purchase remains your active OS for the duration of the service.
• OS & service changes. Any later change to your service or operating system may incur an additional cost beyond the original price, as communicated by the staff member handling your request.
• Upgrades. Any hardware or resource upgrade you request may be evaluated and charged additionally.

3. Disputes & account restrictions

If you open a payment dispute or chargeback on PayPal or any other payment gateway without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, you will be permanently banned from our Discord server and client area, with no right to appeal or to repurchase our services.

4. Confidentiality

All information and conversations exchanged between you and LynxLayers staff are private and strictly confidential. Sharing or disseminating screenshots or logs of chats or support tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate community and service ban.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through our site or client area. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
